Après avoir travaillé ces dernières années avec d’autre musiciens et cherché à m’éloigner du tout numérique - lors de la production de Golden Lowness ou d’expériences de concerts - je suis revenu pour cet album à mon inspiration première, mais avec un nouveau son en tête, plus chaleureux et - malgré la méthode utilisée - plus organique.

Réalisé en macrophotographie et sans trucage, le visuel de l’album m’a été inspiré par les mêmes réflexions sur la rencontre de l’inerte et du vivant, du synthétique et du naturel.

Des oiseaux de plomb, un soldat perdu, une carcasse d’avion dans un paysage désolé. Si cette mise en scène représente bien mes inquiétudes quand à l’avenir de notre civilisation, je me dois de vous rassurer : je travaille déjà sur un nouvel album et je reste persuadé qu’il y a toujours l’opportunité de reconstruire quelque chose, même sur une terre en apparence stérile. - Poupa Honk

After working the recent past years with other musicians and after trying to move away from the digital world - during the production of Golden Lowness or concert experiences - I returned for this album to my first inspiration, but with a new sound in my head, warmer and - despite the method used - more organic.

Made in macrophotography and without special effects, the visual of the album was inspired by the same reflections on the encounter between the inert and the living, synthetic and natural.

Lead birds, a lost soldier, a plane wreck in a desolate landscape. If this staging well represents my concerns when in the future of our civilization, I have to reassure you: I am already working on a new album and I remain convinced that there is always the opportunity to rebuild something, even on seemingly sterile soil. - Poupa Honk

Después de trabajar en los últimos años con otros músicos y tratar de alejarme del mundo digital -durante la producción de mi EP "Golden Lowness" o las experiencias de conciertos- con este álbum he regresado a mi primera inspiración, pero con un nuevo sonido en mi cabeza, más cálido y a pesar de lo digital, también más orgánica.

El diseño de la portada del álbum se inspiró en las mismas reflexiones sobre el encuentro entre lo inerte y lo vivo, sintético y natural, realizado en macrofotografía y sin efectos especiales.

Pájaros de plomo, un soldado perdido, un accidente de avión en un paisaje desolado. Si esta puesta en escena representa mis preocupaciones acerca del futuro de nuestra civilización, también debo tranquilizarte: ya estoy trabajando en un nuevo álbum y sigo convencido de que siempre existe la oportunidad de reconstruir algo, incluso en suelo aparentemente estéril. - Poupa Honk
